Pros
I’ve been with Keka for the last 3.5 years as part of the Engineering team, working with the Performance Pod, and it has been a journey of constant learning and growth.
One of the biggest things Keka has helped me build is the mindset to take responsibility, drive outcomes, celebrate the small wins, and learn from the misses along the way. That culture of ownership and accountability has shaped me professionally in many ways.
Recently, I was honored to receive the Extreme Ownership Award at the townhall, which felt very special. More than the award itself, it reminded me that no sincere effort or good work goes unnoticed here.
The work has always been engaging, with plenty of opportunities to learn, solve meaningful challenges, and gain exposure across areas. My team has been incredibly supportive, and the healthy discussions and debates we have every day lead to better ideas and stronger outcomes.
What I value most is that Keka feels like a genuinely growth-oriented place where people help each other succeed, and where work often feels fun rather than routine.
Cons
If I had to mention one area of improvement, I’d say it would be great to have more fun activities and some dedicated time to unwind and recharge.
