Administration has no clue what that are doing, there is no communication between them whatsoever! They have no appreciation for their employees, it's the middle of a pandemic and they have made no effort for essential pay, raises, or a simple thank you, much less bother to check in on their employees while they are taking their days to work from home whenever they can!!!

Interacting with the clients is rewarding.

Unethical business practices. Promised a raise for med certification, refused to pay after completing the course. Policies are are not enforced across the board, but at thier convenience. No value placed on good workers.
