Culture - very much an open-door policy across the organization and leadership was always quick to ensure employees feel 'heard', even in a remote environment

Rapid growth - this is also a positive as a sales person, but it leads to busy schedules for many in operations. Fortunately, leadership is well aware and ensures employee burnout is kept to a minimum where possible
