Old-fashioned and arrogant executives
Company pretends to care about employees (makes a big show out of parties and events) but really could not care less about employees (especially younger/newer ones)
People in charge are petty and shortsighted
Absolutely no chance to climb up (no raises or promotions possible) in the structure
Great colleagues, dynamic role, flexible, building was surrounded by nature, good work/life balance, company events held often
Cons
minimal on-site facilities, cafeteria was always cold, catered lunches were inconsistent and often unappetizing, no room for upward growth (at least in my department)
