      Fijne collega's en de sfeer onderling bij de boekhouders is goed.

      Cons

      Weinig ruimte voor eigen inbreng, teamleiders controleren wat je doet en leggen veel druk op de boekhouders waardoor er veel werkdruk is en mensen ziek worden. Je hebt een enorm klantenpakket (300) en in de drukke periodes is er veel stress en een te hoge werkdruk. Groei in functie en salaris is echt minimaal

      Pros

      Expensive Christmas presents are supposed to compensate for 364 days of being used and ignored. You share the suffering with other 30 or so people that are in exactly the same situation.

      Cons

      a lot of stress (you get hundreds customers to look for), 2 months of coaching (from 0) on how to use the software and then you are on your own. support (IT or otherwise) is almost non-existent and when it comes it is condescending, too late and generally useless. Daily work is done in an out-dated program that looks and works like 10 years ago (maybe even more).
