Never Again - Operations Keepsake Quilting Employee Review

One of the best jobs I have ever had. I have been with the company almost 4 years. I can't imagine working anywhere else. I intend to end my career with this company. The pay and benefits are very competitive. The other employees are so kind and willing to lend a hand when needed. True team work here. The COO is very willing to work with you in a family crisis. No need to go to FMLA ( what a hassle that is.) The owners treat you like family.

I really don't have any Cons to list.

No pros. The owers are whack jobs who show up occasional ex or the wife. They treat her like garbage. They have cats dining around the office (ewwww unsanitary) I have 29 years experience they offered $25/ not 40 hours and your medical is $600 two weeks. The alleged Coo lives granola and added all. Never there when you need here but everything you do and say will be wrong if she answers at all.
