Bully culture, everyone throws each other under the bus. Good people sacked because management need someone to blame for their mistakes. Staff are not supported by management when severe delays occur. Leaving customers unhappy. Too much admin for this role making it very difficult to concentrate on selling. Quality of product handed over to client very poor due to snagging process being cut out as company needs completion money quicker.
