Great work Environment - Manager, Financial Reporting KeepCalling Employee Review

KeepCalling was a great experience for me and even though I left I still believe it is one of the best companies to work for in Sibiu. The management struggles to offer great working conditions and give back not only to employees but also to the community. It has a strongly defined and healthy company culture, which I appreciated. Lots of events and get-togethers and fun stuff. A lot of young people, friendly and positive, I really felt like part of a community from day one to the day I left, and I made many friends. I feel it was an experience that helped me grow professionally and opened my perspective on what it means to work in an international environment, even from a small town like Sibiu.

Due to it growing in size it started to feel a bit too corporate.

Good working gear, ok atmosphere

Too invasive in one's personal life and they try to gain control over your free-time. They like to make you think that they care, but they don't. As long as you're benefice for them/company, you're good, if you have a problem, you are replaced, simple as that. If you make a mistake, they let you think it is fine, but it is not and everyone will know about your mistake, trust me. The colleagues are fake, the management is fake and so on. Most of the people working there do not have values or morals, the skilled will not stay and eat whatever they feed them and the new will think that it's the best opportunity of their life for about 3 months. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
