      Able to use actual equipment for testing/evaluation to support customers.

      Cons

      Management has digressed significantly. They don't take time to get to know us but make quick decisions that directly involve us. . Engineering has poor communication with technical support

      Salary was good but that was a remnant of Bosch ownership

      Cons

      No strategic plan and poor leadership. Lots of grandstanding and saber rattling with zero substance
