      Great benefits, good pay, and protected by union.

      Cons

      Lacking opportunities for advancement due to consistent staffing issues my entire tenure. Administration does not embrace change and are quick to screw you over the second you make a mistake, forgetting all the good you did. The area sucks - you have to drive over an hour to get to a mall or things to do, other than outdoorsy stuff if you're into that.

      good pay for the area, working with people who are good at their jobs and take their work seriously, get to feel more connected to the community

      Cons

      benefits aren't great and almost non-existent if you're not full time, while pay is great for the area it's still not spectacular. Depending on your position career growth opportunities could be very limited.
