      Great contacts and friendships made

      Challenge with the owner making it a revolving door of hiring and firings on almost a monthly basis. Owner does not seem to have a grip on how to run a business and will condescend employees regularly along with other co-workers who are close friends. Toxic environment, much passive aggression and salary was way lower than industry standard.

      Pros

      Room for growth, get to be part of something new, easy going work environment, flexible work schedule, and a lot of paid time off.

      Cons

      No health insurance, not a lot of outside events if you are looking for a lot of outside hours interaction and pay is on the lower side due to the nature of a new company.
