Pros
I think that working at KSWH was a generally speaking a great experience for me. I did learn a lot of new skills and made a lot of good friends along the way. I think KSWH has a very good HR department that is always willing to lend a helping hand or advise anyone with any issues he might have concerning his stay in Prague or in general related to work. I have also say that my colleagues were friendly and nice to work with
Cons
I think a big downside in KSWH was the lack of a united vision as well as a big division between how regular employees and middle to higher management viewed the game and the development process. This alienation caused many issues that could have been avoided through proper communication. This bad communication between the two caused some morale issues.
