Pros
Pay & benefits weren't bad. There are a lot of great people at this company, but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good.
Cons
Without a doubt, the worst company culture I have ever experienced. HR leadership is a joke, and they spend more time disciplining you for speaking up when something isn't right then they do to actually improve. The Christian values that they preach about do not translate whatsoever into the workplace. There is also a huge disconnect between corporate and the distribution centers, which makes overall communication lacking and extremely disorganized.
