Pros
The ability to work from home every week, great teammates and ability to learn different aspects of the job.
Cons
They have poor leadership in positions they don't belong in and not treating their employees with dignity and respect. The Directors are constantly making mistakes and us little guys are having to redo all the leg work, built a company way too fast that we are now counting our pennies, HR knows management is not leading their teams professionally and sits idle. Salary position for 40 hours but working more like 50+ hours each week. The company culture has changed drastically and once what was a great company who focused on their core values of caring, determination and faith friendly has now switched to solely focusing on how big we can grow no matter the cost.
