Upper Management does not back you up. They say they will but then they don’t. They put out a lot of new expectations for associates and give supervisors the task of rolling out these changes, but they don’t give you the information needed. This place employs a ton of veteran employees (15+ years) and they expect immediate changes when the company itself has pampered bad attitudes and bad work ethic.
