Pros
Provides lots of opportunities to learn. Projects in different industries so the exposure is rich. Provides an avenue to young people to work in very different geographies.
Cons
Overall planning is poor. Reflects in all areas whether it is project planning, employee management or cost management. Senior leadership which is expected to figure out the strategy and have it executed is poor with too many changes without rhyme or reason.
