Pros
All staff are very friendly and focused on giving our customers the experience we can be proud of. My co-workers are always there to lend me a hand or shoulder for those days when nothing goes right.
Cons
There is a wide variety of skills required, which makes the job interesting, but at the same time, can lead to a bit of pressure when customers have issues.
