Pros
Kaufman takes amazing care of their employees. They go above and beyond to ensure that you’re comfortable at the property you’re working at, and they’re always open to new ideas. They cultivate an environment of creativity and openness. They also have fantastic pay and benefits.
Cons
Really none - I think communication on structural changes could have been handled better but that’s being more nit pick.
