Pros
The manager really drives the morale and productivity of the group. My manager was always available, very attentive, knowledge, and helpful. They spent time making sure you were successful and if you weren't they were there to coach you with positive feedback. I would work for my manager full-time because they were just that great to work with on a daily basis. Also, the team that I was on meshed together so well so kudos to HR. The hours were great and time off requests were never a problem if asked for in time. Its virtual, at home, in the evening with weekly pay; what more could you ask for!
Cons
The only cons I would say is the worklist that we had to work from was not always accurate and you had to think quickly on your feet if some areas of the job were not explained in training. Finally, ensure that taxes are taken out correctly. But you only need to ask the manager and she would fill you in/get the help you need.
