      1. You get the chance to work with awesome people who are very driven and know their subject very well 2. Work life balance is good and there is a yearly appraisal 3. There is continuous learning and Kaseya encourages people to upskill and gain certifications as part of their professional development 4. There are many events worldwide with the company and opportunities to travel 5. Good health insurance

      1. We work in a fast-paced environment and processes can change frequently. It’s important you are the kind of person that can adapt quickly. Some people thrive in this environment but others might not

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
