      Pros

      Salary is better compared to market standards( if you consider service companies and other product companies, but not pay masters. Free snacks and fruits, transportation.

      Cons

      So many haphazard decisions recently, layoffs in USA, scrapping the new development, sudden change in the higher management hierarchy. All new interesting development work has stopped. Only sustenance work is present. Lots of politics going on. Management is trying to find a good exit point. So no new development work!! Trying show good profit and has planned to sell the company/ listing it as public to recover money of Investors. Good for sales people as putting lot of effort in sales to generate revenue. Doesn't have any long term plan.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
