Pros

Can't think of a pro. Just read all the fake reviews here with no soul. Ha! 10 hours a day shifts. Getting into traffic to go into Brickell now that they are mandatory "back in the office". This is a company for the youth of Miami that can't get better jobs.

Cons

It's all about sales. High pressure, be on the phone all day hunting customers that don't even want to talk to you anymore and even annoying your customers. No 401k Match. No bonus. Poor healthcare. No equity. Even high level executives leave the moment their 4 years with the company expires (so they vest their equity shares). If you are in sales you are expected to be on the phone ALL DAY. Honestly, they will stop you on the hallway to ask what you are doing. Even If you are not in sales, you have a high demand on your back, either by reporting everything, or unachievable volumes of work. Management makes a point to separate themselves. During a company kick off, the execs and CEO are separated in another area. No lunch together, no culture at all, no swag. On all hands, only the CEO talks. Not even high level execs bring their opinions. No feedback on the market or the company from execs. You will know if you are hitting your quota and that's all. You won't know if the company hit theirs or is doing well. CEO badmouths competitors. They know you are just a number and will leave soon. They are just trying to get through and either go public or sell.

Pros

It is a job, yup

Cons

-Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
