My experience at Kaseya was disappointing, primarily due to the company’s culture and management practices. Despite putting in consistent effort and delivering high-quality work, recognition and rewards were rarely based on merit. Instead, advancement and appreciation often seemed tied to favoritism rather than performance or contribution.
Management, in many cases, lacked professionalism, empathy, and basic leadership skills. Interactions with certain managers often felt harsh and dismissive, creating an environment where employees did not feel supported or valued. Ethical standards and fairness were not reflected in day-to-day management behavior, which made it difficult to maintain morale or feel motivated.
Overall, Kaseya has the potential to succeed, but significant improvements are needed—particularly in leadership quality, fairness in performance evaluation, and building a culture that respects and rewards genuine hard work.
