Exposure to new technologies, and the ability to use my knowledge to work with implementing solutions that the company, myself, and the client can all be proud of.
Cons
The only negative is having to deal with clients that wont spend on the right solutions and are always looking for the least expensive way to get the job done.
Employees are good people, they put a lot into their work. Good stepping stone for those new in IT.
Cons
Too many tactics used to try and keep people in line when all that's needed is proper direction and real adaptation. Too many clients for the staff to handle, shift scheduling is sometimes done as you're heading to work. Heard a lot of 'we fix problems we don't patch' but in reality patching is all we have time for.
