      Very nice offices, parking provided, great IT support and BIM support.

      Cons

      Pay and bonuses are not great comparably.

We are grateful to have so many employees that have been with us for more than 10 years and we want to make sure they are happy in all aspects of their careers. We have made upgrades to our benefits since you sent this, and we hope you have also had the chance to discuss your concerns. If not, the principals' doors are always open!

      - Smaller company means slightly lesser benefits

      We appreciate your input! We understand the work/life environment we are all living in and try to maintain the flexibility our staff needs to succeed. And hopefully we are creative with our benefits and some of those little things make a difference!

      Pros

      Columbus office had a great culture and amazing communication. Projects were very interesting and were always changing.

      Cons

      The Cleveland office is very controlling of the other offices, especially the Columbus office. Senior managers like to control schedules even if they aren't related to the department you're working in. Leadership ignores complaints about senior management.
