The best company I have worked for in my 20+ years of retail management. The people working here, from the corporate office to the sales associates, are extremely collaborative, caring and passionate. The products and my store itself are gorgeous! I am proud to represent the KLP brand and wouldn't go anywhere else! I am so proud of the growth and stability of the brand, as well as how I am empowered to run my store like it was my own business. I am fortunate to have a wonderful supervisor, incredible peers and a tenured staff that provides the perfect work/life balance. I would never go anywhere else and hope to retire here. I recommend this company and brand to shop with, as well as to enjoy a fruitful career.

Store technology (some) is a little outdated. Allocations can be tricky at times, but if you request merchandise to your location, they will give you what you need. Merit base increases should be more frequent with clear guidelines and expectations on how to achieve it.
