You will be lied to from the beginning. Horribly chaotic environment with no training. They will give you opportunities, then take them away. Don’t bother telling mgmt concerns because they won’t listen. They expect the other sales people to train you, but they don’t have the time and are never around. Toxic positivity runs rampant here. Potential to make money but only if you’re at a senior level and youre a favorite. The medium is dying anyway, so find yourself a digital job instead.
