      Pros

      I have been with Signature for a little over 2 years now. The culture is beyond supportive, with such lucrative growth opportunities and great leadership for guidance. The office feels like a big family - very close knit. While it is a corporate setting, it feels like a united team all working towards the same goal and accomplishments as a whole. There is a definite open door environment making for easy communication across departments and towards upper level management too!
