Pros

I joined Capture CX through campus placement for a non-technical role, but within a short period, my responsibilities were shifted to a completely technical domain. This included API development, testing, and handling multiple technical tasks without any formal training or structured onboarding. While I made efforts to learn on the job and adapt quickly, the lack of guidance, documentation, and mentorship made the transition unnecessarily difficult. Expectations were high, but support was minimal. Within five months, I was laid off without prior notice or clear performance feedback. The company appears to follow a strict hire-and-fire approach, which creates a highly unstable work environment, especially for fresh graduates. Pro's 1. Opportunity to get exposure to technical work quickly 2. Fast-paced environment can accelerate learning (if you can handle the pressure)

Cons

No structured training or onboarding Sudden role changes without preparation Lack of mentorship or support Poor job security due to abrupt layoffs Communication around expectations and performance is unclear

Pros

Some employees try to help each other, but the poor environment makes it difficult for anyone to succeed.

Cons

The leadership style is controlling and dismissive, with little interest in employee feedback. Staff are routinely pushed to work 60+ hours a week under constant pressure, which has created a toxic workplace where burnout is normal. The company refuses to spend money on the tools and resources that employees need, leaving teams to struggle daily with outdated or inefficient systems. Training and career development are almost nonexistent, so there is little chance for growth. Recent layoffs were the direct result of poor management decisions, but leadership avoided accountability. Morale is extremely low, turnover is high, and the overall environment is unhealthy and unsustainable.
