Great benefits for healthcare, not dental or vision. Company matches on some benefits including 401k. Company provides free college education.
Cons
Pay is below the state and local average for any position. Executive team is way overpaid. Smile or get in trouble. Lean is highly Voluntold, but is a complete front. They proclaim they want lean, but in the end they even their continuous improvement team is a hypocrite with lean.
