      Pros

      -Managers are very friendly and understanding -Can get a free Kaplan course as an employee -Flexible working hour -They try to organize fun campaigns and share free academic resources -Can meet new friends on campus while working

      Cons

      Sometimes there is not much work, especially when the clubs you want to contact do not reply you, but that's not really Kaplan's fault.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.

      Turning more salesy than helping students. Too much focus on hitting budget.
