Pros
NONE....although if you're sentimental you might care about the people known as co-workers.
Cons
1. very little pay, no bonuses, little to no over-time. 2. Open 7 days a week 3. No respect for holidays, always ruining lives with mandatory holiday schedules. 4. Management is always changing up all the time. They have no clue what the hell they are doing at all. 5. High turnover due to unrealistic work demands esp. for the amount of pay you are getting for a full time employee. many full timers have 2nd part time jobs to make ends meets because the CEO is siphoning all the money for his lofty pay check. 6. They promote people without promoting their wages much too often. 7. annual raises are usually 0.1% - 1% I heard someone got 2% once. 8. People with actual degrees are working under college drop outs and make less than college drop outs. 9. the work is seriously mundane, there is no passion here. 10. They do things like offer free lunches, champagne toasts, games and themed weeks in a poor (very poor attempt) to be like Zappos or Google. They are just trying to distract employees from remembering that they are not making real money, they are actually unhappy, and they should be moving on...but with fake perks the smoke and mirrors fool a lot of people.
