      Great team environment with many high profile clients. Kaon continues to innovate, listen to our customers and is constantly pushing the envelope from a creative and technological standpoint. All hands attitude with bright, funny, compassionate people who do right by the client and right by each other. Exciting growth potential and client base.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines can spell some long hours. But the cooperative, pitch in attitude gets jobs done on time and keeps clients happy.

      Pros

      Leadership sets the tone for every organization. At Kaon, the CEO and his leadership team lead by example, always focusing on the value all us of must bring to the customers, and the respect with which we treat one another. Sure, we work hard, but the demands are reasonable and the reward of working for a company that truly cares about its people makes up for the times that long hours are required.
