Pros
Really great people to work with;
Out of all the construction companies I have worked for, the HR at this company actually cares about the employees and the company and works extremely hard to keep everyone happy;
The main owner is really great to work for
Pay could be better, but overtime is good for the crews
Cons
Pay varies a lot, maybe on experience, but people all talk about pay.
Have to go through "chain of command", but you only get answers from certain people.
Hours are not set (but that is all construction)
