- Extremely high turnover rate due to inexperience management and horrible work conditions. - Absolutely no solid company structure as management consistently tries and fails to establish any kind of proper work routine. - Poor leadership skills as manager constantly micromanages employees. Employees have very little freedom to take charge of their own task. - Work environment feels very isolated as collaboration among employees is strongly discouraged. - CEO is verbally abusive to employees and would make them question their own self-worth. - Employees are blamed and punished for failure to carry out poorly planned designs and features made by rash decisions. - Company hires junior level developers and expects them to preform impossible tasks with absolutely no research or proper planning. There is no training at all and employees are expected to "hit the ground running" with little to no guidance or direction.
