-My experience with Kaleido Realty was disappointing. I felt that employee efforts were not properly recognized. The work environment often felt stressful and unsupportive. - There were also concerns around incentives and sales-related rewards not being handled transparently. Because of this, many employees felt demotivated and eventually chose to leave the organization.
