      Pros

      A great company to work for, with a WFH schedule and great work-life balance. The work environment is also very nice, relaxing and diverse.

      Cons

      The only con, that I can think off is maybe more paid days off during the Holidays - for Christmas.

      Only looking at employees as numbers, very slow and lack of projects, can’t run the company without Japanese projects
