      Pros

      Great team and awesome working environment. Management does not micromanage and allows employees to take charge of their own work. Your are surrounded by an amazing team of talented and experienced professionals that feed off each other and they truly work as a team to achieve great results. Good pay and benefits and good office location in downtown Toronto.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, you must be able to adapt quickly and perform under pressure. This is not a typical 9-5, you will need to be proactive and push for results.

      1. Great team-work, The team members are great, always willing to help. 2. Timely communication process, weekly meetings makes you follow up all the trends going on in the team and industry. 3. Challenging tasks

      Generally Kainero Media is a great place for you to learn about the mobile advertising industry, the opportunities change too fast that sometimes you find yourself fall behind. You have to be open-minded and eager to learn more about other verticals.

      Full health benefits, career growth, great work location (Downtown Toronto) great team culture, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      None I can think of. Hard work pays off and it is not a typical 9-5 company. We work with international clients so time zone could be a factor when working with clients around the world.
