Cons
It's hard to come up with a "Cons" for KaiNexus. This is a small company, and with that comes a certain amount of freedom and sometimes ambiguity. If you need a large company with firmly established procedures and protocols, this might not be your place. Employees are highly encouraged to be creative in their work and interact with everyone on the team, so if you're looking to put your head down and get lost in the shuffle then KaiNexus might not be a great fit.
