Cons
Full of politics, most of the people in upper management aren't concerned about the employees; they want their job to be done and unnecessarily put pressure on the people working below. They have a billable/non-billable concept that sucks, and there is no room for growth in this company. Recently, a couple of experienced new joiners in the TAG and RMG have taken the company down to another extreme; their attitude and behavior are unacceptable. In the name of power, they irritate people and insult them to their faces, and they act like the COO of the company. Almost 20 to 30 people have resigned because of them, and I hope someone takes action against them before many good resources were forced to resign because of them.
