      friendly working environment in the company.

      Cons

      -- Have to work outside of office hours . They can ping you anytime. -- Lack of mentoring. -- Bnenefits in terms of fitness reimbursements is only provided to very less peoples and rest peoples gets lame excuses.

      Pros

      Ability to have a lot of freedom and independence in tasks assigned. A do it yourself attitude is a key asset in this company.

      Cons

      Leadership is none existent, mentorship is non existent, communication is non existent. I have never worked at a company that is so disorganized in my life. All marketing and creative employees work in a basement.

      Some of the staff are genuinely very nice and the pay is good

      They’re incredibly disorganized as a startup and will leave you in the dark on a lot of important factors
