Not the best place to launch a banking career. Management is not in touch with what is really happening on the ground and they don't care. They just want results that are not commensurate with the resources provided to bring or grow business. Continuous threats of getting fired from management instead of motivating staff and show them new skills to further business. Using traditional methods to do business such as the massive amount of paperwork to facilitate a loan appraisal.
