They will not employee you if you are not good looking enough, have to have a certain image to fit the agency. The bookings team and management is unorganised and extremely rude. If you have an ill day, they basically will fire you but won't actually tell you so you'll be waiting forever for another shift. You don't get any discount, management do not listen to your opinions or anything you have to say. Pay is never normally right sometimes you may not get paid until a few days after your pay day.
