      Access to iconic projects (high rise, big scale, nice architecture) Wide range of projects, from public (HDB, hospitals, infrastructure) to private (condo, data centres) Hybrid work arrangements (depends on which team) Good directors (depends on which team)

      Low pay (no 13th mth and low perf bonus) High workload (big or iconic projects are complex) Lacking company culture/camaraderie Limited food options at office
