The company provides an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff and I feel proud to be part of a service which helps so many people. CEO's are very involved which is rare for a company and its great to be part of something where you can see the CEO's care about patients, the business and the staff. The company is growing at a fast rate too which allows for constant opportunities
