The colleagues are very supportive and friendly and that creates a good work environment
Cons
Management hasn't been doing it's best and involves ceo even in the minor things that are to be addresed
For me there was no proper onboarding, it was only 5 mins induction by HR and no welcome kit or anything until you complete probation and it works like every startup in the market without proper structure of business though it's been 10 years since it started, i would suggest them to change their structured process for more employee satisfaction
