They let inflation to destry your salary, wich is paid in local currency. Management is always trying to demonstrate its power threatening people, pursuing people who want to give their opinion. They do not accept recommendations or suggestions. In a few words They do not try to integrate to new cultures when they make contracts abroad, trying to do things like is always made in korea.

i dont have any downside statement i just want tell one think I was working before There are very few cons compared to other media outlets. I feel like there might be some of the usual complaints at other media outlets (work/life balance, compensation) but I don't experience those things. - Upper level management needs more diversity although they are working on it!
