I joined KPP search around 5 years ago. I already had 5 years or so of recruitment experience having done well in two other companies. Everything that I was promised has been met, no nasty surprises, nothing over sold. This approach has now formed the backbone of our working culture which we are very proud of. The biggest pro is probably the people I work with. We are all pulling in exactly the same direction, we succeed as a team or we lose as a team and that is why we are continuing to grow. Outside of commission for our consultants everything here is team based which really pulls everyone together. Our first rule of hiring is that we have no room for ego's - a slightly more delicate take on the policy of Gilbert Enoka (look it up). You won't find the stereotypical big biller working here. We have some of the best in the market but you won't hear them shouting about their numbers. Flexible working hours, a mature culture as well as strong compensation and commissions are also a huge plus. I have enjoyed my time at all three of the companies I have worked for but KPP Search is honestly a cut above the rest.

I honestly can't think of any. I have loved every day working here and am seeing the company go from strength to strength
