Things have improved slightly - Anonymous employee KPIT Technologies Employee Review

Training opportunities are inadequate. The customer is paying for most of the training I need, which is very unusual. Not enough time off for senior employees. It's almost impossible for me to interact with the company doing things such as expense reporting or even reading my promotion letter. I have to read my company email on my phone. HR is still horrible.
