Some rude staff members Constant monitoring will always make you feel like no matter how hard you try, you can never get it right. Too much focus is on minute details like inflecting a tone at the end of a sentence, which has no impact on getting a client to take an appointment when the majority of the clients are NOT satisfied with the service of the dealership. Often felt stressed coming in late because of personal situations which you would get scolded for.
